What You'll Be Doing...
As the Senior Manager of Programming & Project Management, you will be supporting the Commercial Growth & Brand Strategy Team within the CRO organization in strategic planning, project management, and coordination of resources for highly impactful programs. This role is critical in supporting the strategic narrative across all executive presentations and being the catalyst for organizational preparation and awareness of executive business reviews and deep dives. Responsibilities:
Planning for the Commercial Growth & Brand Strategy team across Value including developing an organizational framework and coordinating back with the Leadership team. Creating exceptional executive presentations including creating the organizational narrative. Managing projects surrounding executive readouts and key initiatives from the leadership team. Managing team facilitation by maintaining team governance for Operation Reviews, Staff meetings, and other key executive meetings. Leading varied ad hoc projects that require coordination across the leadership team. Collecting and analyzing data in order to ensure meetings are relevant, effective and well-received. Developing streamlined processes and improving templates/formats to ensure succinct communication across the team and to business / channel partners. Managing matters relating to operations in the Brand Strategy & Execution team from budget management, contract/vendor management, resource management, culture, communications, real estate, etc. Managing the project portfolio for the organization.
What we're looking for...
You'll need to have:
Six or more years of relevent experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized traning. Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. A portfolio of work that demonstrates clear and impactful narratives. Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Masters degree. Demonstrated experience in establishing and cultivating cross functional partnerships. Experience managing large complex projects involving multiple work streams and stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Expert in communications - verbal and written. An eye for detail and creativity and a passion for high quality output. Experience in Adobe and Google Suite. Demonstrated experience in the prepaid industry or a CPG portfolio. Strategic and analytical ability; skilled at collecting and analyzing data to make appropriate process/business decisions/recommendations. Self-starter that learns and adapts quickly to new systems, software and hardware. Excellent organization and time-management skills. Demonstrated ability to deal with conflict and bring about resolution. Ability to think strategically and analytically. Proven ability to interact with all levels of management. Strong management skills with experience working with peers remotely. Ability to organize around a problem and engage various teams to solve the challenge. Prior experience with developing executive level deliverables (VP/SVP level).
