Meet with PIRs on demand and via scheduled appointments providing effective recovery support services. Facilitate CRS groups regularly as assigned. Identifying and support the program with building resources. Set up tables in the lobby to provide resources, educational material, provide surveys and basic assessments. Effective and timely communication with Supervisors, Counselors, and Case Managers on PIRs needs and as resources or obtained and/or changed. Ability to educate and encourage resistant PIRs to participate in therapy services. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
* A High School Diploma/GED.
* Certified as a Recovery Specialist.
* One (1) year experience working with persons in recovery (PIR) preferred. In the last three (3) years maintained at least twelve (12) months of successful part-time paid or volunteer work experience or one (1) of post-secondary education experience totaling twenty-four (24) credit hours.
* Clean, valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
