This role focuses on processes, tools, and initiatives that contribute to a positive and fulfilling workplace, including culture programs, performance management, teammate engagement, HR information system, onboarding, legal and regulatory compliance, policy development and implementation, metrics and analytics. This role ensures that the organization's initiatives effectively support our staff's growth, engagement, and satisfaction. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Contribute to the development of new talent strategies that maximize work effectiveness.
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, delivering consistently high-quality solutions on time to ensure the effective delivery of Division-wide HR/L&D Services.
- Follow & deliver on milestones for projects or programs, including audits.
- Organize and facilitate new hire orientations
- Develops written and verbal communications and presentation
- Collaborates with Other Departments
- Promote a positive company culture through initiatives that reflect the company's guiding principles and encourage a collaborative, inclusive work environment.
- Maintains strict standards of confidentiality regarding agency staff and clients and employee records
- Conduct regular surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one meetings to gather team member feedback.
- Analyze feedback data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and work with leadership to implement changes.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of engagement programs and initiatives using defined metrics.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on engagement trends, program outcomes, and areas for improvement.
Compliance:
- Complies with all InVision Human Services policies, procedures, and standard business practices.
- Oversight of new hire compliance according to InVision policy and federal guidelines
- Conducts analysis of current HR processes and procedures.
- Maintains general current knowledge of state and federal employment law
- Ensure all engagement activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: A bachelor's degree in human resources, business or a related area is preferred plus a minimum of 2-4 years human resources experience. Requires a fundamental knowledge and application of Employment Law and the corresponding regulations. Other Requirements:
