Product Support Specialist Opening Located in Columbus, OH Fully Onsite Contract for 6 months Tasks and Responsibilities The following duties are essential to the successful performance of this role. Additional responsibilities may be assigned: Monitor work queues, emails, phone inquiries, and dashboards. Provide initial responses to requests, issues, and inquiries, including triage, troubleshooting, resolution, and escalation as necessary for supported applications. Generate and analyze reports to identify tasks required to support client training. Assist in creating training documentation and delivering training sessions for systems/applications. Conduct research on guidelines and regulations to complete assigned tasks. Offer guidance, best practices, and support to clients/customers, directing them to relevant resources, memos, or reports. Contribute to the development and updates of processes and procedures. Ensure assigned tasks are completed by target deadlines, and notify project leaders or managers of any changes to timelines. Collaborate with other business units through regular communication and meetings as needed. Provide updates to management on at least a bi-weekly basis or as necessary. Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred, or three (3) years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. One (1) to two (2) years of experience in the aviation industry preferred.
