The expected compensation range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000 yearly payable on a semi-monthly basis. Cloudburst is looking to enhance its grants management capabilities within an existing team focused on enhancing data-driven decision-making on a large portfolio of the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)'s Office of Community Planning and Development (CPD) programs. The Grants Management Specialist will be responsible for supporting the full life cycle of grant programs from application to compliance and reporting. The ideal candidate will be familiar with HUD grants management processes, have previous experience with HUD CPP grants and CPD grants management systems, and have experience in documenting policies, procedures, and reporting.
