This position is responsible for the setup, inspection, data analysis and troubleshooting related to various technical production functions around batching, coating, inspection, sanitization and machine operations. Key accountabilities: 1. Adheres to Integer beliefs and all safety and quality requirements including, but not limited to: QualityManagement Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), U.S. Food and DrugAdministration (FDA) regulations, Company policies and operating procedures, and other 2) Create chemical batches and ensure quality checks on coatings . 3). Manages visual inspection processes on routine parts to confirm product quality. This includes decision onpass/fail of product quality. 4). Complies and completes documentation including but not limited to: reports, RMAs, DIRs, SDRs, LDRs, cellcodes, work orders, SOKs to required specifications and procedures based on product type 5). Handles 5S cleaning of all equipment outlined in #2 to ensure long term equipment and product quality. 6). Performs other functions as required. Schedule: 1st shift 7am-3pm, occasional Saturday overtime Requirements Minimum Education: High school graduate. Associate's Degree preferred. Minimum Experience: 3 years of Integer related work experience and/or 5 years of experience in aregulated industry required. Medical device experience preferred. Specialized Knowledge: Ability to read technical drawings/prints. Computer operation skills. Mechanical aptitude.Product knowledge helpful. Special Skills: Experience with creating batches, mixing chemicals, sanitization, machine operation and inspection preferred. Salary 16.58 - 24.33 per hour U.S. Applicants: EOE/AA Disability/Veteran |
