FTT will require proof of status prior to employment. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Prepares and consolidates financial statements.
- Establishes and maintains internal controls.
- Manages all aspects of the general ledger.
- Treasury management.
- Provides monthly, quarterly, and year-end analyses.
- Coordinates or assists with the budget process.
- Research accounting issues for compliance with GAAP.
- Analyzes and reports cost variances.
- Serves as a liaison to external auditors.
- Supervises accounts receivable, accounts payable, general accountants, and assistant controller.
- Prepares and/or reviews appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations.
- Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, assisting with regulatory reporting.
- Project job cost accounting.
- Receives minimal instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments.
- Uses office-automated systems to input data and generate reports.
- Checks and verifies cost accounting, account payable records, prepares invoices and vouchers, types, files, posts ledger and general journal entries, and/or balances accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Reconcile difficult accounts.
- Works on difficult assignments that require judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
- Applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
- Maintain sensitive and confidential information as required by company and government requirements.

Required Experience:
- Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS is strongly preferred.
- Experience in international multicurrency transaction.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (strong working knowledge of Excel).
- Deltek Costpoint or similar ERP system experience.
- Commercial and International Accounting experience is strongly desired.
- Have a willingness and ability to learn and utilize company technology for company required purposes, including training, reviewing and signing policies and procedures, benefits enrollment and changes, and more.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bacheloris degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years experience of progressive accounting /financial reporting.
- Federal Government contract accounting experience is strongly preferred.
