Moss' Pursuits Operations Manager will focus on innovation, process improvement, and quality control of our pursuit deliverables as well as develop strategic pursuits that wow our clients and win us projects. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with the Pursuits Function Lead on pursuit strategy-improving processes and innovative solutions for enhanced quality and efficiency

• Establish and adhere to processes ensuring quality proposals and adherence to brand standards

• Develop and oversee strategic pursuit plans in collaboration with business development and operational leaders and manage pursuit deliverables from inception to completion while ensuring compliance and responsiveness

• Develop compelling boilerplate content and additional customized narratives as needed. Critically edit and proof content, ensuring compelling proposal responses and presentations, and manage print production of deliverables

• Collaborate with the data analyst and pursuit team members to ensure maintenance of the marketing database and marketing materials, including project lists and personnel resumes

• Responsible for identifying and managing project award submissions/calendar and related deliverables

• May include managing consultants and collecting case studies, among other responsibilities as assigned

• Perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

• 5-7 years in the A/E/C industry with a bachelor's degree

• Supervisory experience and a history of successful pursuit/proposal development are essential

• Expertise in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite, and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Keynote

• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. A detail-oriented individual with persuasive writing and editing capabilities who thrives under pressure and meets deadlines with positivity
