Position Summary |
The
UHR Talent & Recruiting - Recruiter will contribute to the recruiting and sourcing initiatives of the Talent & Recruiting department. This role involves acting as a liaison between University Human Resources (
UHR) and leaders and candidates during the recruiting process. They will identify sourcing tools, assist with search projects and educate hiring managers on appropriate methods for hiring. The role will be engaged in all aspects of hiring - posting a position, sourcing candidates, advertising, interviewing and making an offer. They will be knowledgeable about the types of positions in the organization and be aware of the requirements for those positions. The role will be an advisor to hiring managers, bringing best practices to the hiring process. The recruiter will also work closely with other
UHR teams to ensure compensation, benefits and other aspects of hiring are integrated into the process. |
