The Head of North America Talent Acquisition will have responsibility for day to day operations of a best in class and progressive talent acquisition strategy designed to attract, recruit and deploy talent to meet the company's strategic business goals and complement the company's diversity and inclusion strategies. They will also have responsibility to ensure standardization of talent acquisition processes for salaried hiring.

Job responsibilities include but not limited to:



  • Responsible for partnering on executive recruitment efforts with operations through relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, outsourcing partners and recruitment vendors
  • Build strong consultative relationships with internal customer and vendors related to current and strategic future acquisition of talent
  • Partner with functional leaders, managers and HR Business Partners to determine hiring forecast and needs for salaried hiring
  • Track, analyze and proactively report out on recruitment metrics that measure the effectiveness of service delivery to the organization
  • Oversight and monitoring of established SLA's with outsourcing partners and recruitment vendors
  • Oversee the administration and management of the company's background check/drug testing programs and work closely with external partners to address issues or implement improvements
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition technology tools for applicant tracking, candidate experience and internet recruitment
  • Support and promote Stellantis employment brand to position Stellantis as an Employer of Choice
  • Provide support for national diversity events
  • Contribute content and creative ideas to marketing channels including career pages and social media sites
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of best-in-class recruitment practices, HR policies and procedures, and applicable laws to ensure compliance

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a Related Field
  • 10+ years of experience
