Our company's measurable growth is in no small part due to our team members in North Carolina, Arkansas, Illinois, and Missouri, who each have a seat at the table to contribute to our success Job Summary: The Food Safety/Quality Assurance (FSQA) Manager is responsible for all quality assurance functions in the Carthage, MO plant including the raw product processing and further processing departments. This role also oversees the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) program, Salmonella control programs, Quality program and all related policies and procedures. The FSQA Manager acts as the liaison between the USDA and the Company's internal departments such as: Research & Development, Sales, and Operations. This individual will oversee financial budgets, is responsible for managing FSQA personnel, and conducting audits as well as following up on deficiencies. The FSQA Manager will represent FSQA at meetings and outside seminars, in addition to other duties as assigned. Essential Functions, Duties & Responsibilities:
