Salary range:
The salary range for this position is $130,000-$275,000. This position includes membership in the Health Sciences Compensation Plan Application Window Open date: December 23, 2024 Most recent review date: Wednesday, Jan 22, 2025 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Final date: Monday, Jun 30, 2025 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Position description The Department of Neurology at the University of California, Davis, School of Medicine, is recruiting a full-time Clinical Neuropsychologist in the Clinical X series at the Assistant or Associate rank. Faculty in this series are expected to engage in teaching, independent research, other creative work, and to demonstrate professional competence and activity in the area of neuropsychology, and provide University and public service. EXPECTATIONS The UC Davis Department of Neurology and UC Davis Health teaching hospital are nationally ranked in US News & World Report. UC Davis Alzheimer's Disease Research Center has been funded by the National Institute of Aging for over 25 years and supports many ongoing studies rated to Alzheimer's disease and related disorders ranging from basic science to clinical observational studies, epidemiological cohort studies and intervention trials. The department of Neurology also has a Clinical Neuropsychology Postdoctoral Fellowship Training Program. The department continues to expand with 50 clinical faculty across all neurological specialties with excellent nursing, staff, social work, and pharmacological support.
