Job Title: Collections Specialist (2 Openings!) Location: Atlanta A growing company in the manufacturing industry is seeking experienced Collections Specialists to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of $10 million across 200 accounts. Communicate professionally (verbally and in writing) with customers and internal teams to resolve issues such as invoice discrepancies, PO errors, pricing, and quantities. Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve customer concerns to ensure timely payments. Generate reports in Excel (pivot tables) to provide updates on payment statuses. Maintain strong attention to detail and professionalism in all interactions. Qualifications: Must Haves: 3+ years of true B2B collections experience (not consumer collections). Intermediate Excel skills, including the ability to create and analyze pivot tables. Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. Proven ability to manage accounts independently and resolve issues effectively. Nice to Haves: Experience in the manufacturing industry. Familiarity with SAP (training provided if needed).
