Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst with demonstrated experience in sales compensation and data analysis. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate across functions. This role is pivotal in supporting the governance and administration of quarterly and annual sales incentive compensation as well as company bonus programs.

What you will bring to the team:
Qualified candidates can expect a salary range of $90,000 - $125,000.
Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Washington area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location. #LI-JL1
