Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensures/Certifications/Registrations Required: High school diploma. Graduation from an approved practical nursing program. State-licensed practical nurse required. Clinic experience preferred. Computer skills preferred. Basic Life Support and other advanced training as appropriate.
