POSITION SUMMARY
The Aircraft Mechanic is responsible for all assigned maintenance duties in accordance with company and customer maintenance manuals, manufacturers maintenance manuals, and Service Bulletins, Company, and Customer policies and procedures, and applicable FAA regulations by performing the following duties. SALARY The compensation for this position starts at $39.00 per hour or more with experience. AIRCRAFT MECHANIC BONUS INFORMATION Relocation assistance is available on a case-by-case basis. There is a $10,000 sign on bonus and a $7,500 retention bonus after 12 months of employment. BENEFITS
ABOUT THE COMPANY Northern Air Maintenance Services (NAMS) is an FAA Certified 14 CFR Part 145 Repair Station headquartered in Anchorage, Alaska. We are the sole maintenance provider for ConocoPhillips' fleet of three DHC-8-400 (Q400) aircraft. In addition to maintenance services, NAMS handles ground operations, inventory control, and passenger screening for all flights between Anchorage, Kuparuk, and Alpine. With over 70 dedicated employees, we also provide contract maintenance for two DHC-6-300/400 Twin Otters and one CASA 212-300 aircraft based in Alpine, AK. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
