Great Hill is seeking an Operations Research/Systems Analyst (ORSA) in Suffolk, Virginia. This part-time role supports critical operational testing efforts, leveraging advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques to solve complex challenges. Candidates will design and evaluate tests, administer surveys, analyze operational data, and develop project documentation such as test plans and final reports. A Secret clearance and demonstrated expertise in operations research, survey methodologies, and data evaluation are required.

This position offers the opportunity to work with classified data, utilize advanced analytical tools, and contribute to national security initiatives in a collaborative environment. Applicants must have a strong background in data analysis and operational testing, with a commitment to producing actionable insights and high-quality deliverables to drive mission success.

Required Skills:



  • Expertise in developing appropriate quantitative and qualitative analysis approach for testing, with thorough understanding of analysis techniques.
  • Experience leading test team development of problem decomposition, issue identification, operational measures, test design, data collection, and data evaluation methods.
  • Experience developing and administering surveys and subsequent analysis of survey responses.
  • Experience analyzing operational test activities and utilizing advanced knowledge of mathematics and statistical and engineering methods in determining solutions to complex problems.
  • Experience developing project documentation (such as test plans and final reports) in accordance with provided guidance.
  • Requires 9-12 years of experience in operational testing, ORSA methodologies, and test analysis
  • CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required


Desired Skills:



  • Experience with Joint Test & Evaluation (JT&E) or operational testing.


Security Clearance:



  • Active Secret clearance required
