Great Hill is seeking a Data Analyst in Suffolk, Virginia, to support advanced cybersecurity and data-centric operations in assured communication environments. This role requires expertise in post-quantum cryptography, zero-trust architectures, and the analysis of cybersecurity implications for modern military operations. Candidates will contribute to developing secure, resilient data transport solutions and analyzing test data for actionable outcomes. A Secret clearance and strong knowledge of cryptographic protocols and data security are essential. This position offers the opportunity to work with classified data, apply innovative data-centric security solutions, and collaborate on cutting-edge military communication projects. Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in cybersecurity and data analysis, with a focus on delivering impactful results that enhance operational capabilities. Required Skills: Expertise in developing appropriate quantitative and qualitative analysis approach for testing, with thorough understanding of analysis techniques. Experience leading test team development of problem decomposition, issue identification, operational measures, test design, data collection, and data evaluation methods. Experience developing and administering surveys and subsequent analysis of survey responses. Experience analyzing operational test activities and utilizing advanced knowledge of mathematics and statistical and engineering methods in determining solutions to complex problems. Experience developing project documentation (such as test plans and final reports) in accordance with provided guidance. 5+ years of related experience CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required Desired Skills: Experience with Joint Test & Evaluation (JT&E) or operational testing.
