Digital Strategy & Services Manager

Flexible Work Arrangement: 3 days (M, T, W) on-site in Newark, Ohio or Miramar, Florida; 2 days remote.

RESPONSIBILITIES #Ll-Hybrid

• Supervisory Responsibilities: Interview and select candidates for openings, set goals for associates, assign tasks/duties, conduct on-the-job training, develop associates' skills and encourage growth, prepare disciplinary write-ups as appropriate, prepare and conduct performance reviews and make recommendations for salary adjustments, approve timecards for FTEs and other duties associated with managing a staff.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of core bank systems.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
• Identify opportunities for digital transformation to improve processes, user experiences, and operational outcomes.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and trends to provide forward-thinking recommendation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define processes, and identify opportunities for system optimization and automation.
• Manage internal and external relationships, such as business partners and vendors, to identify potential issues and risks, while maintaining open lines of communication.
• Serve as a liaison to internal stakeholders to identify, forecast, and address technology needs and to identify common trends and themes with issue management.
• Establish and communicate business requirements for new and existing services from different business units.
• Prioritize requests from business lines and mediate conflicting requirements to ensure alignment with Bank strategy.
• Coordinate IS resources to deliver quality service. Monitoring, remediating, and reporting on SLAs and KRIs for customers.
• Align with and prioritize team's workload to delivery team objectives.
• Analyze risk and serve guiding role on risk and control forum items. Serve as IS resource on business line risk and control forums.
• Ensure team documentation repository is built, maintained, and reviewed periodically for accuracy. This includes but is not limited to: Process Design Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), architectural diagrams, and procedure library.
• Identify opportunities and develop resources to create a seamless customer experience, mitigate risks, and reduce unplanned downtime/customer impact.
• Create an environment that drives cross functionality amongst IS teams and continuously identifies opportunities to improve processes.
• Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks.
• Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards.

EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelors in Computer Science or Business Administration preferred
• 10+ years Fiserv, Premier and financial services industry experience required.
• ITIL and project management experience a plus

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS AND OTHER INFORMATION

Minimal travel within Park footprint, potential expansion areas, or for conferences and seminars is expected.

This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a minimum of 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in constant communication with customers and coworkers to discuss and observe account information in order to exchange accurate information.

Work from office locations in Newark, OH or Miramar, FL for candidates local to the area with the option for fully remote based on incumbent's home location.
