Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Certification Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet all necessary regulatory and certification requirements for markets in the US, Europe, and Asia, including CE, UL, and CSA certifications. Job Functions Regulatory Compliance: Ensure products comply with relevant standards and regulations in the US, Europe, and Asia. Certification Management: Manage the certification process for CE, UL, CSA, and other relevant certifications. Documentation: Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation for product certification. Testing Coordination: Coordinate with testing laboratories and certification bodies to conduct necessary tests and evaluations. Project Management: Oversee certification projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and manufacturing, to ensure compliance requirements are understood and met. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on changes in regulatory standards and certification processes, and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance. Training: Provide training and support to internal teams on regulatory and certification requirements. Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product certification and regulatory compliance. Knowledge: Strong understanding of CE, UL, CSA, and other international certification standards. Skills: Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and compliance processes. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Physical Requirements:
