Great Hill is seeking an Operations Research/Systems Analyst (ORSA) in Colorado Springs, CO. This position plays a critical role in data collection, analysis, and visualization to support testing and evaluation efforts. Candidates will use tools such as Microsoft Excel, Python, and JMP statistical software to analyze test data and inform decision-making. Experience in test planning, data analysis, and technical documentation is essential. A Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and at least two years of ORSA experience are required. This position offers the opportunity to work with classified data, utilize advanced analytical tools, and contribute to national security initiatives in a collaborative environment at facilities in and around Colorado Springs. Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in data analysis, statistical software, and operational testing, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, actionable insights to drive mission success.
