Great Hill is seeking an Operations Research/Systems Analyst (ORSA) in Colorado Springs, CO. This position plays a critical role in data collection, analysis, and visualization to support testing and evaluation efforts. Candidates will use tools such as Microsoft Excel, Python, and JMP statistical software to analyze test data and inform decision-making. Experience in test planning, data analysis, and technical documentation is essential. A Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and at least two years of ORSA experience are required.

This position offers the opportunity to work with classified data, utilize advanced analytical tools, and contribute to national security initiatives in a collaborative environment at facilities in and around Colorado Springs. Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in data analysis, statistical software, and operational testing, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, actionable insights to drive mission success.



  • Required Skills:


    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and JMP statistical software.
    • Expertise in test design, data collection, analysis, and visualization.
    • Knowledge of data management systems for collecting, archiving, retrieving, and analyzing test data.
    • Training on Satellite Orbital Analysis tools (as applicable).
    • Knowledge of test planning and evaluation processes.


  • Desired Skills:


    • Experience with Joint Test & Evaluation (JT&E) or operational testing.


  • Security Clearance:


    • Top Secret (TS) with SCI eligibility
