The Jobat aGlance As the Continuous Improvement Analyst for our Warehouse Operations, you are critical in helping our DC team do their very best. The CI team is tasked with helping our DC teams do better and drive change. You will be responsible for the data behind our DMAIC projects. You will be a major contributor to process improvement projects. You will seek insights in our data to assist with storage optimization, labor management, and DC quality. You will help maintain accurate data records by doing activities like gather and audit location types and sizes. You will help gather data for pre and post evaluation of projects including performing time studies. A Typical Day You will analyze existing DC processes and assess short comings/gaps You are responsible for auditing and maintaining database records and perform time studies You will help with the management of DC data analytics You will improve overall DC quality through process improvement and help implement efforts such as 5S, LEAN You will provide analytical support on labor management You will assist in development and implementation of preferred methods and labor standards Other duties as assigned To Land This Opportunity You possess the ability to transform data into actionable decisions and insightful stories You're passionate about continuous improvement You consider yourself an expert in MS Excel You have experience pulling data from data repositories You have 2+ years' experience in analytics and bonus points if you have experience working in a Distribution Center You're adaptable and thrive within quickly changing environments You possess abilities to be able to move around for long periods of time, and lift up to 30 pounds unassisted You have fantastic communication skills & you're proficient in English (verbal and written) About Your Future Team Our Distribution Center Team is full of high-performing team members who have a passion and enthusiasm to work hard and play hard.
