Summary of position/daily activities: eMH Support Office Team is looking for a Junior Level Software Analyst/Trainer & Functional Support member who will provide call center software application support and assist in developing and maintaining training and educational curriculum. This position is a Junior- to Mid-Level position with a strong opportunity for professional growth. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, willing to learn, and able to travel up to 30% of their work schedule

Basic qualifications/experience (the required qualifications which are critical to be considered for the position:

  • Selected applicants will be subject to a government "Secret Clearance" and private background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to Classified information.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Available to work flexible hours on the support desk.
  • Willing to travel on a regular basis.


Desired skills/certifications (any additional skills desired but not required to be considered for the position):


  • Strong customer service aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to troubleshoot effectively over the phone and via email.
  • Exceptional reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding written communication and technical writing skills.
  • Demonstrate strong digital organizational skills by efficiently managing emails, files, and documents to support smooth team operations and enhance productivity.
  • Confidently present training sessions to user groups (both classroom and desk side


training).

  • Experience with standard desktop applications and Internet browsers.
  • Background developing customized educational curriculum, training materials, and


course content for software applications and support tools.
