Bremer Bank is searching for a top Relationship Manager in Ag Banking. In this role you'll work with a collaborative team to source, acquire, and develop new clients along with growing, expanding and maintaining existing agriculture customer relationships. Responsibilities include management of a deposit and loan portfolio, new household acquisition, credit and risk monitoring, and community involvement. You will also partner with other business line experts on the development of comprehensive financial solutions for farm operations and local agri-businesses. QUALIFICATIONS:
E84 - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. E85 - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience & minimum 2 years' experience in the credit analysis and lending functions OR a total of 7 years' experience in substitute of a bachelor's degree. E87 - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience & 5 years experience in the credit analysis and lending functions. #LI-Onsite, #LI-KB1 Pay Range
Salary Grade: E87 Pay Range
Grade: E85 Pay Type: Exempt/Salaried Minimum: $60,500.00 Midpoint: $86,500.00 Maximum: $112,400.00 The base pay offered will consider internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. A bonus and/or incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, time-off, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
