Maintenance Mechanic 2nd shift

We are seeking a maintenance Mechanic for our 2^nd shift

General description: Dismantles, installs, assembles, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains mechanical forgings, presses, furnaces, hydraulic presses, CNC, and other related equipment

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Diagnose mechanical or hydraulic troubles which may develop in the various machines, equipment, test stands, pump stations, etc. throughout the plant and make any repairs, replacement, or fabrication of defective parts or rebuilding of equipment necessary to correct the difficulty.
• Read and interpret applicable drawings and manufacturers' blueprints/schematics.
• Install, repair, and maintain high- and low-pressure lines, valves, fittings, and gauges to transmit and provide for the regulation or disposal of air, hydraulic, oil, gasses, coolant, water, and other liquids.
• Able to handle multiple tasks, such as assist with engineering projects or layout and installation of machines
• Able to effectively manage time and meet specified deadlines as assigned
• Mig or Tig welding skills a plus
• Proficient in metal fabrication, able to use oxy torch and arc weld is a plus
• Basic carpentry skills to include painting, drywall repair, measuring, cutting, anchoring,
• Able to operate Mill and Lathe a plus
• Be able to obtain a tow motor license for rigging and moving equipment.
• Must be able to work on elevated platforms, ladders and job-related motorized equipment
• Must be willing to work any shift.
• Must be available to work any overtime if needed.
