As Senior Manager, Adoption Promotions, you'll be at the heart of our mission to give these animals a voice and connect them with loving families. From crafting compelling social media campaigns to creating heartwarming adoption stories, you'll play a key role in saving lives and changing the future of shelter pets. Reporting to the Director, Admissions & Placement, the Senior Manager, Adoptions Promotions (the Senior Manager) promotes ASPCA animals for adoption through a variety of marketing efforts and channels, ranging from traditional and social media to grassroots efforts in the NYC community and tri-state area. You'll lead the process of developing creative animal profiles to help the animals find their perfect human matches. And you'll assist the ASPCA Communications Team in the successful implementation of the Adoption Center's communications to internal and external audiences. Other duties include content development for the Adoption Center. To succeed in this role, the Senior Manager must work efficiently and effectively in a team environment with the ability to work collaboratively with multiple individuals, work on tight deadlines and be able to work independently when needed, taking full ownership of assigned projects through to successful completion. Compensation and benefits: Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to education, training, experience, location, business needs, internal equity, market demands or budgeted amount for the role. The target hiring range is for new hire offers only, and staff compensation may increase beyond the maximum hiring range based on performance over time. The maximum of the hiring range is reserved for candidates with the highest qualifications and relevant experience. The expected hiring salary range for this role is set forth below and may be modified in the future. For Salary roles: The target hiring range for this role is $90,000-$95-00 annually.
