THE JOB:

Join MGM Resorts as a Specialist Finance Shared Services and make an impact by supporting critical business processes through data entry, technical expertise, and analytical skills. THE STARTING RATE: $23.00 per hour.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Complete daily departmental tasks, audit work for accuracy, and resolve discrepancies.

• Foster strong relationships with internal customers, including property CFOs and operations teams.

• Support and participate in the design, development, and measurement of departmental projects.

• Assist in continuous improvement efforts through LEAN education and innovative ideas.

• Adhere to departmental policies to ensure compliance and successful audits.

• Demonstrate proficiency in systems and software to achieve business objectives.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 1+ year of relevant experience in finance or shared services

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and Adobe software.

• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
