Pay: $21 - $23 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Tuesday - Friday (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM) + Saturdays (11:00 AM - 7:30 PM)

Requirements:



  • High school diploma/GED or a two-year college/trade school degree
  • 2+ years of mechanical experience
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to read documents and write reports
  • Basic algebra and geometry skills
  • Availability to respond to emergency calls and provide exceptional customer service



As a Commercial Maintenance Technician, you'll face exciting challenges and growth opportunities every day. You'll utilize a wide range of trade skills, such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, locksmithing, painting, roofing, and HVAC maintenance, to ensure optimal comfort for businesses across the region. As you continue to grow your skills, you'll have the chance to advance into other roles.

Day-to-Day Tasks:



  • Perform preventative and emergency maintenance on various systems
  • Complete work orders safely, professionally, and promptly
  • Maintain and repair electrical systems, plumbing, and interior/exterior building finishes
  • Paint as needed
  • Safely operate scissor/boom lifts
  • Accurately complete paperwork and other assigned duties
