The Corporate General Manager, COAM/VLT Services is a key organizational position which has dual responsibilities in both the Operational and Commercial areas. The right candidate will have responsibility of managing the important Business Vertical for the company, to stabilize and establish our current COAM /VLT operations as models for the industry and to identify and execute growth into key targeted strategic markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Six (6)+ years of experience in operations management required.
- Two (2)+ years technical management experience required.
- Two (2)+ years of commercial management experience required.
- Logistics and field service management experience required.
- Technical enterprise systems background/experience in a VLT / COAM environment desirable.
- Knowledge of VLT slot management protocols, devices and repair highly desirable.
- Must possess valid documentation to establish identity and U.S. employment eligibility.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Experience managing exempt and non-exempt level employees.
- Knowledge of organizational structures, business functions, policies, procedures, legal issues, and state statutes focused around gaming
- Experience in managing multiple customers in the gaming and government sector
- Ability to develop new markets and write proposal type documents for potential customers
- Demonstrate highly developed organizational, interpersonal relationship, oral and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively interact and motivate staff
- Ability to plan and prioritize work, develop and manage project plans.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise Operations, Field Services, Call Center, and the other day-to-day operating functions of the COAM / VLT Business Unit.
- Understand and have knowledge of Field services, Call Center and Commercial Tools needed to succeed in the business unit objectives.
- Development and execute a Commercial roadmap for the expansion of the VLT / COAM Business unit into new markets.
- Work closely with the CEO, COO, SVP, Government Relations, Operations Vice President. and Commercial Vice President on initiatives and serve as chief communicator with internal and external stake holders.
- Formulate and implement the corporate strategic direction that will lead to the success of the Business Unit.
- Execute identified short- and long-term goals and objectives of the organization, as directed by Senior Management.
- Prepare, implement, and manage budgets, meeting monthly goals and objectives
- Understand the expectations and service needs of the client and make every attempt to meet or exceed them through strong planning and effective communication
- Develop effective and constructive relationships with clients to gain trust and foster a strong working relationship
