Job Duties: As a Maintenance Technician, your day will involve reviewing the Building Management System (BMS) for any alarms, taking corrective actions as needed, checking emails for maintenance issues or requests, and responding accordingly. Each morning, you'll tour critical areas of the facility, including the MDF, generator rooms, and fuel pump room (Mondays only), looking for alarms, fluid leaks, or other irregularities. You'll also check in with the Chef regarding any kitchen or equipment issues and inspect hot water heaters during lunch on Tuesdays. Regular inventory checks include air filters, heat pumps, water filters under sinks and kitchen refrigerators, lamps, plumbing parts, and a monthly tool inventory.
