Description & Requirements
The PM Senior Associate is primarily responsible for supporting the STAR Practice Management system in the Firm's Finance department. The senior associate will assist with user support requests of the firm's practice management system by delivering reliable, high-quality email support and perhaps some data analytics. The senior associate handles weekly timesheet review for the National Region, some high-level firm-wide review, ensures prompt collection, review, and filing of timesheets and expense receipts, and the integrity of timesheet data prior to weekly WIP processing.
This is a highly detailed position that requires strong adherence to quality control standards. A positive attitude and the ability to work in a team environment as well as independently is a must. Requirements of this position include the ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism. Confidentiality is crucial to this role, and the candidate must be able to maintain and protect confidential matters. Advanced-level written communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite are equally important. Advanced Excel skills are a must.
How you will contribute:
  • Oversee daily activities of the PM Support inbox, monitor end user requests ensuring consistent data integrity guidelines are followed and communicated to users, and are of a nature consistent with the Firm's policies, procedures, and culture
  • Timely weekly collection and review of timesheets and expense submissions, including receipts
  • Weekly creation of new hire and rehire billing rates in the PM system using standardized, predetermined Firm rate cards
  • Demonstrate the highest degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality in matters that require discretion
  • Complete special projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree or Trade or technical school
  • 3 years or more of related experience
  • Advanced knowledge of various Microsoft applications and Excel functionality/formulas
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years or more of related experience
