Vice President, Chronic Special Needs Plans Description The Vice President of Chronic Special Needs Plans will join Integrated Kidney Care (IKC), which is DaVita's Value-Based Care business. They will be responsible for the growth of the Chronic Condition Special Needs Plan (C-SNP) Programs for CKD & ESKD patients, which includes operational growth efforts as well as product design (benefits, network, etc.). DaVita IKC is the largest provider of delegated risk in the ESKD C-SNP space. Kidney disease C-SNPs will also be expanding to include CKD in 2026. We are looking for a leader who can span strategy and operations and is passionate about transforming healthcare through value-based care. Driving growth of these plans is a highly cross-functional effort and this individual will need to bring horsepower to mobilize many teams across the organization and hold each accountable. We are seeking an individual with Medicare Advantage experience and proven operational results. There is a need to build and implement new processes to support this capability and this leader will need the grit, entrepreneurial spirit, and operational know-how to drive work forward quickly.
