Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work Onsite for our client in Orlando, FL Interested?

Here's what you'll do:

  • Develops and reviews quality standards, methods, work instructions and procedures for the inspection of manufactured and procured parts.
  • Develops CMM process including designing fixtures, determining probes, and programming the machines.
  • Leads and participates on Material Review Boards, Failure Review Boards and other technical investigations.
  • Identifies root cause of complex issues and ensures effective corrective / preventive action to improve processes.
  • Develops and implements new inspection processes and automation methods.
  • Utilizes lean initiatives to reduce waste and maintain continuous improvement.
  • Makes the final decision on acceptability of product.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $47.00 /Hour

Hours: 4/10A-1st Shift

Length: Contract (12 months)

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in programming Zeiss CMMs and using Calypso software.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Machine Shop.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience with developing CMM processes including designing fixtures, determining probes, and programming the machines.
