We have an immediate position available as a laborer at our Prairie Ridge Transfer Station in Bonney Lake, WA. In this role, you will play a key part in ouroperations,such as directing traffic, assisting customers, and maintaining site cleanliness. If you thrive on providing excellent customer service, are comfortable working in ahands-onenvironment, and have strong communication skills, we want to talk to you. This is a full-time, year-round position with a great company that values sustainability and environmental stewardship. Pay and Schedule: The work schedule is Sunday through Wednesday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with four 10-hour shifts. Starting pay will be between $20.00 and $23.00 per hour. Responsibilities Include: Perform assigned duties at therecyclingcenter or transfer station. Maintain cleanliness and organization of therecyclingsite. Operate small equipment as needed for sorting and processing recyclables. Direct traffic and ensure safe vehicle movement within the facility. Assist and interact with customers to facilitate theirrecyclingefforts. The ideal candidate will possess: Minimum of one year of work experience, preferably in a customer service role. Ability to work outdoors for extended periods, typically in shifts lasting up to 10 hours. Capability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs regularly. Successful completion of a drug screening and pre-employment background check. Safety-sensitive position:requiring adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
