Youunderstanddigitalandsocialanalytics,haveaninnateabilitytosynthesizeinsightsfromdiversesources,andareastrategicguruwholeadswithdata.Youcanturncomplexinformationintoconciseandcompellingdatastories.

This role will be responsible for accurate and efficient data collection and reporting across a variety of sources and platforms, for one of our largest and monumental retail clients.

Whatyouwilldo:

• Use Sprinklr and other tools for social and media audits, setting up dashboards, and monitoring and analyzing results on a regular cadence (daily/monthly/quarterly) with minimal supervision
• SetKPIsandbenchmarksthatmeasuremeaningfulimpactonourclient'sbusiness
• Transformdataintoactionableinsightsthroughstrategicstorytelling
• Developmeasurementstrategiesthatalignwithclientpriorities
• CollaboratewithcolleaguestodevelopreportsandpresentationsthatembraceaSmartBrevityapproach
• Assistwithprimaryresearchneeds,specificallysurveydesignandanalysis
• Anticipateproblemsandproviderecommendedsolutions
• Useyourtimewiselytoaddressneedpromptlyandmanageexpectationseffectively
• Stayupdatedonbest-in-classmeasurementacrosssocialandearnedmedia

• Bachelor'sdegreeinintegratedmarketing,communications,journalism,orrelatedfield
• 3yearsinanalyticsanddigitalsolutions,ideallywithinaPRagency
• MusthaveadvancedproficiencywithSprinklrandanunderstandingorquickadoptionoftoolslikeTalkwalker,Meltwater,Quid,Infegy,andSimilarWeb
• Proventrackrecordofcreatingeffectivedatabasesanddashboards
• Expertiseinturningdiversedatasourcesintoclear,actionablestories
• Experienceinsurveymethodology,design,andanalysis
• Exceptionaltimemanagementandadaptabilityacrossteamsandaccounts

SalaryRange:$55,000-$95,000

Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon, among other factors: a candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience; actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; and market considerations.
