Job Title: Project Program Manager Location(s): Seattle, WA The Project/Program Manager supports the content design and creation team to produce multiple Alexa Themes concurrently. This role involves completing administrative and creative tasks, collaborating with a variety of teams, and maintaining efficient workflows to produce high-quality Alexa Themes. Overall, the Project/Program Manager will help the creative team deliver more content faster. Responsibilities: Assist in organizing and scheduling production activities. Support design and content creators (visual, sound, text to speech) Manage administrative tasks Maintain communication between partner teams to ensure smooth operations. Monitor for and troubleshoot issues that arise Qualifications: Education: Associates Degree minimum in communications, design. Years of experience: 1-2 years of experience in content creation (video production or production of digital work) Software: Adobe Suite, Figma, video editing software, content creation software, PowerPoint.
