THE JOB:

As a Cook in our Banquets and Conventions team, you will be responsible for executing high-volume culinary operations with precision and skill. Your expertise in applying culinary techniques and working across various stations will ensure the success of our events and leave a lasting impression on our guests.

THE STARTING RATE:$26.3539

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain solid knowledge of food products and expertly apply culinary techniques.
• Work across various kitchen stations, including grill, saute, and hotline.
• Restock kitchen supplies and ensure proper labeling and dating of products to maintain sanitation standards.
• Prepare and execute base sauces, stocks, and soups.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At least 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient in knife cuts, grilling, sauteing, and various cooking techniques.
• Strong organizational skills to handle high-volume operations (600-1,000 covers).
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency.
