Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility Your role as a Senior Manager / VP of the CGM Finance team includes daily and monthly deliverables, with a month-end closing period lasting for three business days. You will lead a team of 3 to 8 individuals, ensuring that each team member is supported, challenged, and allocated work aligned to their skill set. You will set individual and team objectives, provide training, give feedback, and offer growth opportunities. You will also be detail-oriented and hands-on when it comes to reviews of manual journals and reconciliations, using your strong reconciliation and accounting skills to navigate complex infrastructure and resolve issues.
