The Space and Intelligence (S&I) Division provides engineering services and analytic support to the Air Force, Space Force, Combatant Commands, the Intelligence Community, and NASA. Our work includes systems engineering and integration, test planning and execution, cost estimating and analysis, developing approaches and concepts to meet emerging, high priority National Defense needs, and assessing and developing cutting-edge computer-based solutions, advanced technologies and progressive capabilities to meet those needs.

The S&I Division comprises the Intelligence Programs Group (IPG), the Space Systems Group (SSG), and the Strategic Technology Analysis Group (STAG), which collectively provide outstanding support to help their customers achieve our nation's most critical objectives and goals designed to protect the safety and livelihoods of all U.S. Citizens, military forces at home and abroad.

SPA has an immediate need for a number of highly qualified Director's Action Group (DAG) Action Officers at the Mid-Level of seniority (Journeyman) to join our team supporting our Goldfinger II contract the Chantilly, VA area.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    Perform and maintain DAG support functions to include recognition programs, training, and security.
  • Responsible for tracking, editing, and submitting awards and other HR-Related duties.
  • Manage NRO Tracking Information and Enterprise Response (TIER) actions for supported office.
  • Analyze and assign or perform actions as appropriate.
  • Coordinate responses and assess for accuracy prior to senior management review.
  • Manage and execute the action tracking process; develop standard operating procedures and serve as facilitator for user requirements.
  • Monitor progress on actions, generate metrics to demonstrate accountability for meetings deadlines and quality expectations; prepare periodic reports on action status and keep leadership aware of late, pending new actions.
  • Disseminate policy and legislative changes to appropriate parties internal to sponsoring organization.
  • Draft, proofread, edit, and provide final review of internal and external correspondence.
  • Develop and maintain presentations for audiences up to the NRO level, maintain a quality control process for all presentations.
  • Participate in DAG related meetings.


Qualifications

Required:

  • TS/SCI with CI polygraph
  • MA/MS in related technical or business discpline with 5 years of experience strongly preferred; BS/BA in related technical or business discipline with 10 years; AA/AS with 10 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to understand and write in systems engineering technical language
