Essential Functions

Leverage your expertise to design, build, and optimize configurations and workflows for successful product implementation. Collaborate with end users to document business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and ensure quality through peer reviews, testing, and ongoing system support. Provide high-quality, customer-focused services, maintain operational integrity through reporting and updates, and contribute to training, mentorship, and team representation. Govern your work by the values of Mass General Brigham, fostering accountability, innovation, and collaboration in all interactions.

Education
Bachelor's Degree required

Licenses and Credentials
Epic Willow Inpatient certification required

Epic Willow Inventory certification preferred

Experience
Experience in healthcare information technology 5-7 years required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Must be able to obtain required Epic certifications as outlined by program requirements.
- Experience with the development, support or operation of software applications in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of the workflows and operations within an inpatient pharmacy.

- Clinical experience in pharmacy is preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical staff.
