Description

Remote, work from home position, but does require periodic travel to the Owatonna, MN facility; therefore, candidates must reside within in reasonable commutable distance to the facility.

Our team in Owatonna, MN is seeking a Account Services Representative to provide superior service and support to our existing customers along with project quoting and partnering with the Strategic Accounts sales team for new construction business.

At a minimum you will need:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent verbal, written and electronic communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deal effectively and professionally with all types of people and situations
  • Excellent organizational and detail skills
  • Aptitude for systems and process related work
  • Problem solving skills and professional approach to issue resolution



It would be great if you also have:



  • Sales or Customer Service experience
  • Music background



As an Account Services Representative, a typical day might include:



  • Driving and supporting business results within a vertically integrated service team
  • Quoting and order writing for incoming customer requests for existing facility businesses
  • Providing Strategic Accounts Sales Representatives with project quote support including any required layout drawings
  • Maintaining all bid activity (district & regional)
  • Implementing Marketing campaigns
  • Developing partnerships with assigned Strategic Accounts Sales Representatives
