National Parts Sales Manager - Marine and Power Generation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement strategies to optimize parts inventory, availability, and profitability across all locations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee the parts supply chain, including procurement, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of parts.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to drive parts sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of service to both internal and external customers through consistent and reliable parts availability.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop a high-performing team across multiple locations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement in all areas of parts operations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven track record in parts management, preferably at a national or regional level, within the marine and power generation industries.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of parts operations, with experience in the marine and power generation sectors.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams across diverse functions and locations.
  • Analytical Abilities: Exceptional strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
