Job Summary This position is responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies and initiatives to support business success. The focus includes Succession Planning, Talent Pool/Pipeline Management, Change Management, and Career Path Development through competencies. The role requires building effective, trust-based relationships with business leaders and HR Partners to understand business needs and deliver impactful talent solutions. The position involves working in complex, ambiguous situations and facilitating the development of organizational talent. Occasional travel to TDIndustries offices will be required for facilitating trainings. Collaborates with key stakeholders to create and execute organizational and talent development strategies, including Succession Planning and Career Development.
