College of Medicine Finance Business Center: The Office of Administration and Finance is responsible for overseeing the budget, supervising human resources, ensuring the availability and maintenance of appropriate facilities, and ensuring that resources are allocated and utilized effectively to manage the college. The Opportunity: The Finance/Budget Analyst supports decision-making and planning by preparing and reviewing accurate, timely financial information. Responsibilities include approving, denying, or returning spend transactions, costing changes, and budget amendments in Workday. The role also involves assisting with the Annual GME Budget, performing monthly reconciliations, providing financial reports to our hospital partner, and collaborating with departments to develop budgets and update forecasts.
