This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for:

A Senior Director, Sales Strategy & Operations for the Global Strategic Partners. This person will be a key leader in driving the growth and productivity of sales globally. This role requires strong partnership across Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Channel Operations, IT, and other cross-functional teams to deliver on a GTM strategy across channel and direct sales. You should have a proven ability to execute both strategically and tactically, and someone who is excited to do what it takes to make the company successful.

Job Duties:

  • Manage weekly cadence of sales forecasting, pipeline coverage, reporting, and analytics

  • Executive communications and status on overall sales performance

  • Work collaboratively with Segment Ops team leads and cross functional teams

  • Lead territory planning, quota setting, and account coverage models

  • Identify areas for opportunity, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights to drive growth

  • Participate in the development and execution of the annual operating plan

  • Develop retention and productivity initiatives

  • Create and implement initiatives that will drive operational efficiency in systems, processes, and tools, including Salesforce, Tableau, BI and other internal tools

  • Drives commensurate, focused execution to influence intended business results

  • Lead and develop a best-in-class team, fully aligned and connected with other strategy teams

Desired Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of equivalent experience in Sales Operations and Finance, supporting direct, indirect/overlay, or channel sales

  • 3+ years of people management experience

  • Comfortable working in matrixed organizations and advocating for the business unit

  • Strong organizational development, communication and leadership skills

  • In depth understanding and hands-on experience with sales processes, SFDC and QTC

  • Familiar with a variety of routes to market (Direct, Wholesale, Agency and Service Providers) and segments in multiple geographies (Americas & International)

  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to analyze data, determine insights and develop programs to drive productivity and efficiencies

  • Advanced time management skills including ability to handle multiple projects with aggressive deadlines

  • Flexibility, with the ability to adjust as needed, with a sense of urgency and a passion for new ideas.

  • SaaS, Telephony or High-Tech experience preferred

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent military and/or work experience

If you are hired in California, the compensation range for this position is between $155,750 and $289,250 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
