We aim to deliver role-based curricula to Citrix sellers, partners, and customers, equipping them with the relevant skills and knowledge needed to sell, deploy, manage and service Citrix solutions. This will enable product adoption, customer success, value realization, and increased revenue.

The Certification Specialist will be responsible for managing and overseeing Citrix certification programs in partnership with the Technical Learning Architect. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining certification processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing support to Citrix partners & customers throughout the certification process.

The Certification Specialist proactively monitors the uptake and performance of the Citrix certification program to ensure it is competitive, & that it provides administrators & solution architects with the skills needed to successfully deploy, manage, & optimize Citrix solutions, leading to value realization & product adoption. They continuously collect feedback and work with the Technical Learning Architect to implement program & offering improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain certification programs, including creating and updating certification exams and materials.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide support and guidance to candidates throughout the certification process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the certification program aligns with company goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and report on certification program performance and effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in certification and training.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology or equivalent experience.
  • 5years of experience in technical certification program management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in exam development tools & credential management tools, such as Exam Developer, Credly, GIFT, Kryterion, & Pearson VUE.

Desired Skills:

  • Project management experience.
  • Vendor management experience.
  • Certified Professional in Learning & Performance (CPLP)
  • Certified Training & Development Professional (CTDP)
