Pay Range

$119,421 - $151,405 annually

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting; pay will not be below any applicable local minimum wage. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.


Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager / Site Integrations Manager to lead and manage complex projects within the Enterprise Secure Network (ESN) Program. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and excellent stakeholder management skills to drive project success and facilitate seamless integration across multiple Department of Defense (DoD) small sites.

This position is located in Washington, D.C.

In this role you will

  • Contribute to the lines of effort required to onboard and deploy ESN connectivity to DoD "small sites".
  • Represent the ESN Program as the primary liaison with DoD ES Net connected sites and offices.
  • Develop scalable processes and templates for integration efforts, to include required documentation such as Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) or Bills of Material.
  • Monitor, track, and report site integration status to ESN Hub and HQ NNSA leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with NNSA network interconnection requirements and agreements.
  • Travel to customer sites to facilitate the deployment of new enterprise hardware ensuring a successful onboarding and a connection experience for new DoD users.

Qualifications
  • This position requires an active Department of Energy (DOE) Q-level clearance or active Top-Secret clearance issued by another U.S. government agency at the time of hire.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent level of demonstrated knowledge.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Project Management Institute (PMI) certification, or equivalent certification.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience working on technical projects within a high security classified environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of network administration, architecture, implementation, and triage.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of managing technical implementation projects with strong facilitation skills to foster collaboration amongst disparate technical stakeholders.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills necessary to effectively collaborate with subject matter experts at customer sites and present and explain technical information.
  • Familiarity with OMB300 and eCPIC reporting.
  • Ability to travel up to 100% of the time.
