Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Technician in Milwaukee. The ideal candidate will be A+ certified and possess a strong attention to detail. This role requires punctuality, the ability to work independently, and excellent customer service skills. Key Responsibilities: * Provide on-site technical support and maintenance for computer systems and hardware. * Utilize the Service-Now platform to manage and track service requests. * Perform data backups and restorations within the Windows OS environment. * Rebuild and configure computer systems following established procedures. * Work with large datasets using Microsoft Excel. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 10 and Active Directory. * Deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients. * Stay updated with new technology and continuously learn new IT processes. Qualifications: * A+ certification is required. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Punctual and reliable with the ability to work independently. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. * Familiarity with the Service-Now platform. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and handling large datasets. * Experience with computer rebuilds and data backups within Windows OS. * Open to learning and adapting to new technologies and processes.
