Project Overview:
The client is transitioning from Genesys to Cisco WebEx, involving approximately 5,000 users. The project is currently in its initial phase, with a dedicated team of six members. Responsibilities: * Ownership of Location and User Builds: Oversee the creation and configuration of locations and users, and manage deployments. * Phone and System Configuration: Set up phones, hunt groups, pick groups, operator zero-out destinations, and attendant consoles. * UC Services Management: Perform additions, moves, changes, and troubleshooting for Unified Communications (UC) services. * Customer Service: Provide effective and helpful support to peers, co-workers, and customers. * Documentation and Training: Assist in documenting standards, creating user guides, and conducting end-user training. Maintain how-to documents for UC team processes, troubleshooting guides for the help desk, and end-user instructions. * Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory databases in ServiceNow for precise cross-charging. Required Skills/Experience: * Cisco Cloud Administration: Strong skills in administering and troubleshooting Cisco Cloud (UCaaS and CCaaS) for moves, adds, changes, and deletes (MACD). Experience with WebEx Calling Multi-tenant and WebEx Contact Center is essential. * WebEx Call Flow Design: Proficiency in designing call flows within WebEx. * IVR and ACD Systems: Experience with Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems and Automated Call Distribution (ACD). * Voicemail and Messaging: Knowledge of voicemail systems, Imagicle Faxing, attendant schedules, and messaging tools. * Collaboration Tools: Familiarity with collaboration tools, headsets, and phones. * Flexibility: Ability to work off-hours when necessary. Additional Qualifications: * Independent Work: Capable of working independently on requests from the queue. * Customer Relations: Strong customer relations skills and the ability to assist senior levels as needed. * Motivation and Communication: Highly motivated to provide excellent customer service with strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be a team player. * Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience. * Certifications: Cisco CCNA preferred for Cloud Voice & Contact Center Solutions.
