Utz Quality Foods is seeking an Omnichannel Media & Content Manager to join our team. This role is critical in establishing a consistent and exceptional brand presence across retailers, efficiently managing the development and delivery of content, and driving both digital shelf excellence and retail media activations. The role requires a strong understanding of retail media networks, omnichannel digital journeys, and the ability to influence within a matrixed organization to fully activate against the digital consumer journey. This individual contributor role will partner with media agencies, brand stakeholders, and internal retail sales teams to execute best-in-class content and media strategies that enhance consumer engagement and drive online sales. *This is a hybrid position based out of Dallas, TX or Chicago, IL. Omnichannel Media & Content Manager:
- Content Management:
- Manage the "virtuous" cycle of content development, distribution, and refinement as an ongoing loop.
- Oversee coordination with teams and individuals to create, develop, and deliver high-quality content for the digital shelf.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and relevance of product page content across all retailers to drive consumer engagement and conversion.
- Provide feedback and direction on content, raising awareness of issues/risks, and proactively finding solutions.
- Work closely with the Digital Asset Management system to maintain consistent brand expression.
- Retail Media Campaign Management:
- Partner with media agencies to plan, execute, and optimize retail media campaigns for assigned brands.
- Collaborate with internal retail sales teams and brand stakeholders to align retail media strategies with business objectives.
- Leverage retail media networks to drive incremental sales, integrating campaigns into the broader omnichannel strategy.
- Utilize reporting and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and refine strategies for improved ROI.
- Digital Commerce Strategy:
- Drive digital commerce sales through content enhancements, SEO, and search optimization.
- Activate strategies to improve visibility and engagement via retailer/partner platforms.
- Use analytics tools to inform digital merchandising activities and achieve revenue targets.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Serve as a key influencer within a matrixed organization, working cross-functionally to align strategies and deliver results.
- Communicate effectively through project briefs, status reports, and updates to ensure alignment with stakeholders.
- Conduct periodic reviews with stakeholders to share updates, manage risks, and analyze data for content and media improvements.
- Project Management:
- Manage the marketing portal in Syndigo, ensuring updates meet marketing-driven needs.
- Support retail media marketing activations as needed to meet campaign and sales goals.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with internal and external teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years' experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or product content within the CPG industry.
- Deep understanding of retail media networks and omnichannel digital journeys, including the ability to fully activate against them.
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce, product detail pages, and digital commerce strategies.
- Experience in managing retail media campaigns, partnering with media agencies, and interpreting campaign analytics.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate within a matrixed organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at varying levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to creatively solve challenges.
- Exceptional attention to detail, innovative thinking, and a self-motivated attitude.
